Christmas, Etc., was started as a small store in 1989 by my mother, Helen Laughlin in Boca Raton, FL. We then set up “Pop-Up" stores from 1991-1996 in local area malls from Palm Beach County to Broward County.

As our clientele’s demands for Christmas and collectibles grew, we purchased our first building in West Palm Beach in 1997. It was two stories, and all of our Department 56 villages and trains were on the second floor, leaving the first floor for a large selection of unique ornaments and tabletop decor. Once again, customer demands pushed us to expand even more.

In 2016, we purchased our current location, a 17,000 square-foot building that allows us to have one of the best ornament and decor selections in the country. We are also known to have one of the largest village and train displays showing all of Department 56 villages, current and retired.

Christmas Etc.’s staff are all collectors, which makes us extremely knowledgeable about current and retired villages. As a “die hard” collector, I had one of the most complete collections in the country of all village pieces made from 1976-2024. Now customers and collectors can buy or sell village pieces in our store. Our secondary/retired pieces are placed in our store to sell when people can no longer collect.

We also offer interior and exterior decorating services. Come in to the store and we can make your wreaths for your. Or design your newest Holliday Wonderland.
